The local authorities begrudgingly agreed to recount after a petition with 5000 signatures was submitted.
‟This is not something we want to do after every election, but we need to do it once, at least, in order to prove once and for all that our voting system counts the votes accurately and that there were not thousands of uncounted votes that were hidden by an algorithm or some other nonsense like that,” Lycoming County Director of Elections Forrest Lehman told The Epoch Times.
It's unclear why the county is unwilling to undergo a mandatory recount every election.
In the future, recounts as a matter of course should become a norm as there is no reasonable reason for a government of integrity to reject a request to recount.
It seems Bitcoin and Ethereum maintain their de-facto status as the top cryptos of their underlying technology.

This would be good advice in general one would think.
While we could expect some cross-over into a less promiscuous community, it seems that a global health emergency is not warranted given that simply refraining from intimate contact during time of infection would significantly limit the spread.
This news simply reinforces that God's laws are good for our health.
In any other circumstance, prescribing an already approved medicine for off-label use or otherwise would not be an issue.
But in the case of COVID-19, doctors in NZ must allow their patients to suffer and potentially die.
